For over 40 years, the Aplastic Anemia and MDS International Foundation has been working to provide education, support, and hope
for patients living with aplastic anemia, myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) and related bone marrow failure diseases.

What
We are raising awareness about rare bone marrow failure diseases and funds for patient and family services and research for better treatments for patients fighting bone marrow failure diseases.

8:30 am - 5K Registration & Packet Pick-Up

Volunteering Opportunities
The success of this event depends on our volunteers. We are always open to having volunteers from local school student groups (earn SSL hours), community service groups, and college service groups help us! It takes at least 50 volunteers to put on this event. In advance, our greatest needs are for help with:
- Social media and promotions
- Getting the word out by distributing our fliers, race cards and posters
- And we will need lots of help at the event on Saturday, October 10, 2026.

ABOUT
The Aplastic Anemia and MDS International Foundation (AAMDSIF) is the world's leading nonprofit health organization for patients and families living with aplastic anemia, myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) and related bone marrow failure diseases.
