2027 California March for Marrow
Shoreline Park, Long Beach

We invite patients and their friends and families throughout California to join us in-person or virtually for our 18^th Annual March for Marrow.

The event takes place at Shoreline Park 200 Aquarium Way, Long Beach, CA 90802.

We’ll enjoy running and/or walking along the beautiful shore as we FUNDRAISE for the Aplastic Anemia and MDS International Foundation, Inc. (AAMDSIF).

AAMDSIF provides education, support, and hope for patients living with aplastic anemia, myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) and related bone marrow failure diseases.

You can support the work of AAMDSIF by donating to the event, creating a team, supporting a team and by joining us in-person on April 24, 2027. 

Volunteering Opportunities 
The success of this event depends on our volunteers. We invite volunteers from local school student groups (earn SSL hours), community service groups, and college service groups to join us! It takes at least 50 volunteers to put on this event.

In advance, our greatest needs are for help with:

* Social media and promotions
* Getting the word out by distributing our flyers, race cards, and posters

And we will need lots of help at the event on Saturday, April 24, 2027.
