AAMDSIF is using a new virtual platform (Cvent) for our 2021 Patient & Family Conferences.  You will receive log-in instructions after you register, a few days before the Conference.  Support groups will be held via Zoom which you can join via desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile device or by telephone. Zoom is free and works on most devices. 

Please note that the Conference platform is best accessed on a laptop or desktop.  Our vendor has advised us that attendees should plan to use the most recent Chrome browser for the best experience and that accessing the platform via iPad and/or mobile device will be difficult and/or impossible.
